"Your body is the first thing any child of man ever wanted. Therefore dispose yourself to be loved, to be wanted, to be available. Be there for them with a vengeance. Be a gracious, bending woman. Incline your ear, your heart, your hands to them.... To be a Mother is to be the sacrament - the effective symbol - of place. Mothers do not make homes, they are our home." from Bed and Board, Robert Farrar Capon

Potty Training Success or Not

My three year old isn't potty trained yet.   It must be because I haven't bought her this!

  1. I'm just wondering how ANYONE was potty trained before IPads, you know, in the "olden days"...

  2. All 8 of my children were over 3 before they were potty trained. It must have because they didn't have Ipads or this chair. Hm.... Well, they all got trained even without it and are doing fine.

  3. Hmmm... I've had a tearful toddler when it's time to stop playing and go potty, but with this I think she'd cry when it was time to get off!

  4. Oh my gosh, hilarious! You've got to be kidding.

This really takes the cake.....well, it would definitely start getting them addicted early, right?! :-) What will they think of next....

  5. This must be for people who don't know to have the potty chair in front of the TV for the first day or so? Or maybe for kids who are already addicted to screens?
